Completely renovated old house in a quiet country location close to the owners. Enclosed garden of 100 m² with terrace. Swing available opposite the gîte (outside enclosed garden). Ground floor: living room with sofa bed (130x190) and open-plan kitchen, separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (140x190 per bedroom) and shower room. Additional equipment: freezer, complete baby equipment, WiFi access. Included: bed linen, household linen and towels. Not included: electric heating (€9/day from November to April). Cleaning package compulsory for business customers (€70). Pets: €5/day. Vendée coast 30km and Pornic 40 km.

Merci pour vos appréciations, pour ce qui est des éventuelles modifications, compte tenu de la structuration de l'habitat, il ne nous est pas possible d'en modifier les pièces, quant au convertible dans le salon, c'est une très bonne idée de prévoir un paravent. Nous vous souhaitons une très belle fin d'année

Petit gîte très confortable et propre avec une petite terrasse pour être tranquille. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont également très sympathiques.
