The hospice is the second option offered by Gîtes de France to accommodate employees on work placements. In the maison d'hôtes, guests stay in a room reserved for them but share the rest of the house with the owners and other guests.
In the room, your employees will systematically benefit from sanitary facilities and a private bathroom; in the morning, breakfast is also included in the service. Bed and breakfast establishments often offer 'all-inclusive' packages that make life easier for people in need of accommodation: overnight stay, bed linen and towels, breakfast, etc. A table d'hôtes is sometimes offered, allowing customers to have lunch or dinner there, as à the hôtel. The range of services offered in the hôtes room is a not insignificant advantage for people on short-term placement: nothing à to prepare, no à errand à to do, you arrive in the hôtes room as à the hôtel, with your hands in your pockets! How to organise your business placement

Once you've made your choice, we'll draw up the employment contract for you. You will receive it by email, and once the booking has been paid for, you will receive the contact details of the owner of the accommodation. The owners of our establishments clean the premises and change the sheets and towels every fortnight.
Print management
A professional placement very often begins with pre-transportation. Whether it's by train, taxi, plane or car, this first stage of the journey will enable employees to get from their homes to their future rented accommodation. It is important to be prepared for any delays. The advantage of gîtes and chambres dôtes rentals is that you only need to notify your hôtes of your delay. In other words, no additional costs such as « late arrivals » or anything else, will be à prévoir.
The owners of the gîtes and guest rooms remain contactable until your arrival, and throughout your stay.
During your working days, it's not uncommon for certain impromptu events to occur. In this case, the Gîtes de France Loire-Atlantique take care of everything: extension of stay, rehousing, early departure; Your rental contracts are entirely managed by the central reservation office.
Long rental periods
If you are looking for accommodation for a rental period of more than one month, we issue contracts for 28 nights each. As a result, your contracts are managed on a monthly basis. If you wish to extend or shorten your stay, the central reservation office acts as a link between you and the owners of the gîte.
