What to do in the event of a cancellation

  • Inform Gîtes de France® Loire-Atlantique by email.
    You must inform Gîtes de France® Loire-Atlantique by email of your cancellation or interruption as soon as the event occurs: info@gites-de-france-44.fr. Gîtes de France® Loire-Atlantique acknowledges receipt and provides you with an account.

  • You have taken out MEETCH day care insurance, contract N°5942 (with supporting documents) or contract N°5941 (without supporting documents), you can be reimbursed for these expenses with no excess (excluding the amount of the insurance and reimbursement costs). MEETCH will reimburse you after examining your file.
