To be classified as a "meublé de tourisme and répertorié as such, your accommodation must be inspected by an organisation that is registered to hold the l’accréditation pour le contrôle des meublés de tourisme : Gîtes de France de Loire-Atlantique has been certified as a 'recognised body for the accreditation of furnished accommodation for tourism' since 17/10/2011, in accordance with the arrêtéêté du 6 décbre 2010 fixant le niveau de certification de la procédure de contrôle des meublés de tourisme par les organismes réputés détenir l’accréditation.
It has the Attestation of Conformity to carry out inspections of tourist accommodation in application of Article D.324-6-1 of the Tourism Code (cf. audit of 22/09/2021 carried out by SGS-ICS, an accredited third-party body, NF EN ISO 17065).

In fact, only the éléments present on the day of the visit can be taken into account. Any missing items may call the classification into question and result in a new (invoiced) visit.
