Ideal for touring, it is located close to the Nantes (25 km) / Pornic (40 km) motorway, 300 m from shops/supermarket/restaurants, 800 m from a lake (with water-based leisure activities and beach/swimming area), the 9th-century Abbey church and Lac de Grand Lieu.

The gîte comprises: separate fitted kitchen, lounge/living room opening onto a complete fitness area, lounge/TV area in the veranda, 4 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed and TV, including 2 with en-suite shower rooms, shower room/wc and separate WC.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi access, home cinema TV, video projector with Chromecast, washing machine/dryer, full baby equipment on request.
Included: electricity, gas heating, satin sheets, bathroom linen.
Not included: Compulsory cleaning charge of €80 (invoiced every 2 weeks for longer stays).

We'd like you to take advantage of this refurbished space in the very heart of Saint Philbert de Grand Lieu, where you can enjoy peace and quiet, while pampering yourself over convivial moments.
With everything close at hand, you'll be able to enjoy some exceptional places just 2 minutes from our gîte: Lac de Grand Lieu, hiking, swing golf, historic monuments and vineyards.
Between 28 and 40 km, you'll discover the Atlantic coast and our beautiful city of Nantes.
