Detached gîte at the rear of the owners' house, located in the heart of the Parc de Brière, close to the marshes, on the Montoir/St Joachim road (30 m back from the road), 8 km from St Nazaire and 20 km from La Baule.

Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: wifi, complete baby equipment on request, washing machine with dryer, Tassimo coffee machine and pod coffee maker.
Included: bed linen and towels, electricity and electric heating.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€50) and tourist tax (€0.66/night/person).
