Unenclosed 60 m² garden bordered by a natural stream (not secured), with uninterrupted view over the marshes (shared passageway with the owner).
Ground floor: lounge/living room/kitchen.
First floor (miller's staircase): bedroom (bed 160x200) with sofa bed (130x190), small shower room and separate WC.
Electricity included.
Not included: oil-fired heating (€7/day), bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.
