Private 16 m² terrace and 200 m² unenclosed garden, access to the parkland with its century-old trees, enclosed and shared with the owners. Private parking for two cars, plug socket for electric vehicle (on request).
Ground floor: kitchen/living room (pellet stove), lounge/bedroom (bed 140x190 + sofa bed 160x200) and washbasin, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190) with washbasin, shower room with wc.
Facilities included: wifi access, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, cot/baby chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). No TV.
Household linen and electricity included.
Not included: wood heating (pellets), bed linen (5€/pers.), towels (5€/pers.) and tourist tax.
