The Kerquessaud 2 holiday cottage is situated on the first floor of another holiday cottage, with a completely separate entrance (the two cottages can be connected – total capacity 7 people). The sea and Guérande are around 4 km away.
Private parking on the property.
Private covered balcony and a shared, unfenced garden of 1,000 m², with a table tennis table available (shared between the two gîtes).
Fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with sitting area/TV (sofa bed 140x190), shower room/toilet.
Facilities included: Wi-Fi, high chair, standing fan and cleaning kit (kitchen roll, toilet paper, tea towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.).
Included: electricity.
Not included: gas heating (€60 per week), bed linen, towels and household linen, and tourist tax. Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee (€65).
Only small pets allowed (€5 per day).
