The Kerquessaud 5 holiday cottage is situated on the ground floor of another holiday cottage, with a completely separate entrance (the two holiday cottages can be connected – total capacity 7 people). The sea and Guérande are approximately 4 km away. Private parking on the property. Private terrace and shared, unfenced garden of 1,000 m², with table tennis table available (shared between the two holiday homes). All on one level: separate fitted kitchen, very spacious and light-filled living/dining room, sitting area with a sofa bed (140x190), 2 bedrooms (each with a 140x190 bed), bathroom and small shower room/toilet. Facilities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair and cleaning kit (kitchen roll, toilet paper, tea towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). Included: electricity and gas heating. Not included: bed linen (€10 per bed), towels (€5 per person) and tourist tax. Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee (€100). Only small pets allowed (€5 per day).
