Holiday accommodation in an Ecogite in Loire Atlantique
Concerned about the environment, our démarche intensifies year after year in our département of Loire-Atlantique. That's why we offer nature-friendly accommodation and ecological gîtes for everyone to enjoy. These gites, known as Ecogîtes®, have been awarded the Gîtes de France label and are fully integrated into their environment. To qualify for this label, they must be built responsibly, using local, healthy materials. They control their energy (solar, wood, oil, hydroelectric) and water consumption, and use renewable energy. Renting a holiday home is above all a responsible way of living that helps to protect the environment. Owners have a role to play in guiding their guests during their stay, because it's not enough just to have eco-friendly accommodation. They need to adopt a pedagogical approach to co-citizenship, and therefore raise awareness of environmental protection among their guests.
