Living room with sofa bed and separate kitchen accessible by 3 steps, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds 90x190), shower room, separate WC and storeroom. Facilities included: freezer, complete baby equipment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). Included: bed linen. Not included: aerothermal heating (€3.50/day), bathroom linen, electricity, compulsory cleaning charge (€65) and tourist tax. Nantes and Cholet 25 km away.
