Located 10 minutes from the centre of Nantes and 1 km from the ring road in a character property, l'Authentique is an independent urban studio (other gîtes and chambres d'hôtes on the site). Unenclosed private garden of 100 m² and access to the communal area of 2300 m². 2 shared bicycles for adults.
Ground floor: bright living room with large skylight including an open-plan kitchen area, pull-out sofa bed (bed 140x190) and separate shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, radio, high chair and cot.
Included: electricity, bed linen and towels.
Not included: electric heating and tourist tax.

Our aim is to share with our guests our love of old stone and renovation. We welcome them to buildings that have a soul, as they are the fruit of a family heritage. Dating from the 19th century, they have all been restored by Patrice, who wanted to preserve their authenticity while adding a touch of modernity.
