All on one level: spacious and bright living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed with TV; 2: 2 beds 90x190), accessible shower room/toilet.
Facilities included: Senseo pod coffee machine, Wi-Fi, tumble dryer, CD and DVD player, baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat) on request, portable air conditioning and fan.
Included: electricity (excluding electric car charging), underfloor air-source heating and bed linen (beds made).
Not included: towels. Compulsory cleaning fee for business guests (€80).

Welcome to our gîte in the heart of the Pays de Retz. We would like you to take advantage of our proximity to Lac de Grand Lieu, the largest natural lake in France in winter, and the marshes. If you like cycling (bikes available in the gîte) or hiking, you'll be able to make the most of this environment in summer and winter alike. There are also beaches on the Atlantic and Vendée coasts, the nearest of which are 40 minutes away.
