Private parking on the property. 6,000 m² enclosed wooded park in an idyllic setting for a calm and relaxing stay. South-facing terrace overlooking the private swimming pool (11x5 m), heated from May to September, with dome, and secured by a barrier. Also available: petanque pitch, table tennis table and swing. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a 1st lounge/living room with fireplace, a 2nd lounge with table football and library, 2 bedrooms (each with 160x200cm bed), 1 with PRM access and the other with private shower room, 1 shower room/PRM WC, 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC. First floor: 4 bedrooms (3 with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 with 2 x 90x200 beds), 1 open dormitory (4 twin 80x200 beds), 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC.
