La Maison du chat bleu is a former hat-making workshop that has been transformed into a charming gîte, with a real environmental approach, using local, healthy materials (wood, wood wool, lime, natural paint), second-hand objects and a garden that encourages biodiversity.
It is situated in a peaceful, green setting, on the owners' plot (completely independent access) and 2.5 km from Clisson station (Nantes in 20 min). Private parking on the property.
Access to a 15 m² enclosed patio (south/west facing) and a small part of the owners' garden, ideal for relaxing.
Ground floor: kitchen/living room opening onto the lounge area (1 step), and separate WC (door height approx. 1.70 m).
Upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase: bedroom (bed 160x200) with open en suite shower room.
Equipment included: fibre optic wifi, hi-fi system, Senseo coffee maker, combined microwave oven, tumble dryer in outside room.
Included: electricity, gas heating, bed linen and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€50) and tourist tax.
Small pets accepted on request (up to 10 kg - €7/day to be paid on site - €100 deposit).
