It is situated in the heart of a magnificent 2-hectare enclosed park with remarkable trees, a pond (fishing available) and opportunities for walks.
Its location offers a complete change of scenery, with quick access to Nantes (18 km) by train (station 2 km away) and the beaches of St Brévin (28 km).

Access to the gîte via a few steps: lounge/living room with open-plan kitchenette, 1 spacious, bright bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200) and bathroom/wc.
Facilities included: wifi.
Included: electricity, gas heating, bed linen (made up on arrival) and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€80 - compulsory for business customers) and tourist tax.

L'actuel propriétaire en a fait l'acquisition en 1989, après être tombé sous le charme du lieu.
