Single-storey layout: magnificent, light-filled living/dining room (wood-burning stove) converted from a former pillar barn; separate fitted kitchen (1 step) with a small sitting/relaxation area with TV (pellet stove), 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds that can be joined) and 1 shower room/WC.
Facilities included: Wi-Fi, mini hi-fi system, reversible air conditioning (living/dining room), cot/bath and high chair, cleaning kit (kitchen roll, toilet paper, tea towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.).
Included: electricity, electric heating, reversible air conditioning, firewood, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning (tourist guests only).
Not included: wood pellets, towels (€7 per person) and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for business guests (€75).

We are delighted to welcome you to the heart of the Pays de Retz, in a rural setting. La Quetterie is first and foremost a farm, part of the Briord estate.
