Close to the owners’ home, a lovely holiday cottage situated halfway between Nantes and the coast, in a peaceful rural setting, near Briord Castle and its forest, and the River Acheneau (fishing).
A private, unfenced garden of 300 m² and a terrace on the 4,000 m² grounds with a private outdoor spa (€60 per week).
Table tennis and 2 adult bicycles available. Lockable bike shed.
Single-storey layout: living/dining room (with wood-burning stove) opening onto a fitted kitchen; spacious and light additional living area; 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed; 2: 2 x 90x190 beds); shower room/WC.
Facilities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio/CD player, cot, baby bath and high chair, cleaning kit (kitchen roll, toilet paper, tea towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.).
Included: bed linen.
Not included: electricity, wood-burning heating (pellets), towels (€7 per person).
Compulsory cleaning fee for business guests (€75).

We are delighted to welcome you to the heart of the Pays de Retz, in a rural setting. La Quetterie is first and foremost a farm, part of the Briord estate.
