The Imprévu gîte is 700 m from the beach, 500 m from the shops in Sainte-Marguerite and 2 km from the centre of Pornichet.
Adjoining the owners' residence, it is completely independent: access, house and garden.
The gîte is an ideal base camp for enjoying the beaches of Pornichet and the countless activities on the Presqu'ile Guérandaise and in Saint-Nazaire. Bus L13 nearby (St-Nazaire - Pornichet & La Baule stations). Beach shuttle service in summer (free).
Private, enclosed, shaded 300 m² garden facing south/west, closed garage and parking in front of the garage.
GROUND FLOOR: Large lounge/living room (wood-burning stove), open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC.
FIRST FLOOR: 4 bedrooms with adjustable bedding (bedroom 1: double bed 140x190 and en suite bathroom, bedrooms 2&3: 2 twin beds 80x190, bedroom 4: 2 twin beds 80x190 and 1 cot 60x120), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: WIFI fibre access, DVD & CD players, iPod docking station, full baby and children's equipment.
Non-smoking house.
Included: end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: electric heating (meter reading), firewood (at cost), bed linen and towels (can be hired) and tourist tax.
The gîte is OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND and is pleasant to stay in whatever the season. In low and mid season: short stays (2 nights minimum) or week. In high season (April, July, August): week from Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us for any other requests.
NB: Situated in a quiet residential area, the gîte is ideal for family and friends gatherings, but is not suitable for loud parties that go on all night!

Welcome to the Imprévu gîte. When we opened this gîte in June 2016, we were continuing an old family tradition. From the 1950s to the 1970s, my grandparents, Marie and Auguste Guillou, welcomed guests to l'Imprévu who returned year after year to spend their holidays there. The preparations, arrivals and departures of the families punctuated the summers of my childhood at my grandparents' house. At l'Imprévu you'll be able to enjoy the holiday you've always imagined, whether it's discovering the many tourist sites of our beautiful region, cycling the 140 km of the Vélocéan itinerary, taking advantage of the countless activities and events on the Côte d'Amour, discovering the beaches, creeks and promenades of Sainte-Marguerite on foot, or simply relaxing in the shade of the cherry tree.
