‘Entre Golf et Mer’ is a quiet flat, situated on the first floor with a lift. You have access to the communal swimming pool (unheated) from around mid-June until around mid-September. Parking is available on the premises.

The flat comprises a living/dining room (with a 140x200 sofa bed) and an open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (with a 160x200 bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet and a utility room.

Not included: bed linen, towels, electricity, electric heating (flat rate of €7 per night), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee (€50) and tourist tax.
If you’re arriving by train, a free shuttle bus can take you close to the accommodation. The shuttle bus can also take you to the old town and the old harbour. During the summer months, this bus also serves several nearby beaches.
In the heart of the Pornic golf course, you’ll find the start of the course, a clubhouse (restaurant/bar), a mini-golf course and a tennis court, all less than 300 metres away. You’ll be 1.2 km from the beaches and marina, and 1.5 km from the town centre (the market halls) and the old harbour. Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets with shopping centres as well as various shops.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out any commercial activities, whether lawful or unlawful, in the flat; failure to comply will result in the matter being reported to the authorities. Parties are not permitted; thank you for your understanding.
