Ground floor: separate kitchen, spacious living/dining room (2 steps) with a pellet stove and opening onto the terrace, utility room, shower room and separate walk-through toilet.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 90x190 bed.
Second floor: 1 walk-through bedroom (separated by curtains) with 2 90x190 beds that can be joined together.
Third floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed (160x200).
Facilities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, baby equipment (cot + mattress, booster seat, baby bath and changing mat), gas barbecue.
Not included: electric heating (based on meter reading) and pellet stove (€6 per bag), bed linen, towels and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee (€80 for holidaymakers, €130 for business guests).
