Gîte la Cour

Gîte la Cour is a charming, tastefully decorated gîte adjoining the owners' manor house, 8 km from Clisson and 16 km from Nantes (20 minutes by train from the station 2 km away). Access to a heated swimming pool from around May to September (10x3m) and the owners' spa (open from around 8am to 8pm). Possibility of loaning a 3-seater canoe. Private parking in front of the gîte and on the owners' property. Private outdoor space of 60m² enclosed by stone walls with convivial terrace and approx. 300m² shared by the swimming pool and walled spa. Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 180x200, 2: 160x200 and TV) and shower room. Facilities included: wifi, radio/CD/Bluetooth speaker, washing machine with dryer, baby cot/high chair. All included: electricity, underfloor aerothermal heating, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Tourist tax extra.
