Ground floor: living/dining room (wood-burning stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, utility room and separate toilet.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (1–2: 140×190 bed; 3: 2 × 90×190 beds) and shower room/toilet.
Facilities included: fibre-optic internet, home cinema system, soundbar, DVD/CD player, cot and high chair, fans in the bedrooms and an air cooler on the ground floor.
Included: heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for business guests (€80).
