Célestine lived alone in this salt worker's house until 1976. She made a living from her vegetable garden, which has now become a pretty garden from which you can see the bell tower of Le Croisic, the traict and the salt marshes.
Our parents, and then ourselves, renovated the house, which had a dirt floor and a fireplace for heating and making soup, and fewer windows than it has today. When you leave the house, you might feel like heading towards Guérande, along the narrow lanes, whose ramparts are 2 km away. If you go downhill from the village, you'll come to the salt marshes, and if you continue along this pretty road, you can reach Le Pouliguen or Le Croisic on one side, and the beautiful beach of Pen-Bron and La Turballe on the other.
Welcome to our house in the heart of the Presqu'Ile, and we'll be happy to tell you all about what you can do in this pretty corner of Southern Brittany!
