10km from Guérande and La Baule, the Côté Mer gîte is in a peaceful location in the market town of Batz sur Mer (shops and restaurants 300 m away), 500 m from the beaches and close to the owners' house. Free public parking just a few metres away. Private 20 m² south-facing terrace. First floor: living room (sofa bed 140x190) with kitchenette and large bedroom (bed 160x200 + bed 90x190) with en-suite shower room/wc. Additional facilities: wifi, complete baby equipment, washing machine and electric barbecue. Included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Not included: tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for business customers (€65).
