Le Moulin des Tréans

This former barn at the Moulin des Tréans (13th century), situated on the edge of the Route Bleue, 200 metres from the Vélocéan cycle route, 1.2 km from the beaches and 7 km from Pornic, has been completely renovated and converted into five charming guest rooms. A 1-hectare enclosed wooded park, featuring various relaxation areas, notably the small landscaped island with its thatched hut and Tahitian pergola. From May to September, an outdoor kitchen area is set up with a marquee, barbecue, small fridge and crockery. Private parking on the property. Two guest rooms in the house: - the ‘Romantic’ room on the ground floor (160x200 bed) with a separate en-suite bathroom and toilet - the Tréans Suite, situated upstairs (with a low beam at 1.42 m) featuring a 160x200 bed plus an additional sofa bed (140x200), with a private en-suite shower room and separate toilet Three unique guest rooms set in the grounds, each with air conditioning, a private wooden terrace and a small private sitting area: - ‘La Pêcherie’ with a 160x200 bed, private en-suite shower room and separate toilet - the ‘Nature’ yurt with a 160x200 bed, private en-suite bathroom and separate toilet - the “Fruits” yurt with a 160x200 bed + 2 additional 90x190 sofa beds, private en-suite shower room and separate toilet A wellness yurt is available with a hammam, sauna and outdoor spa (1½ hours: €75 for 2 people). Facilities included: Wi-Fi (in the barn, but coverage extends to the grounds), TV and hairdryer in each room, small fridge available in the communal area, full range of baby equipment. Breakfast served in the traditional dining room in the barn. Available upon booking: home-cooked dinner (€28) or a dinner platter (€25). Pets welcome at an additional charge (€5 per day per pet). Tourist tax (€0.88 per person per day).
