La Perle des Marais is a pretty renovated thatched cottage, adjoining another thatched cottage, located in the market town (shops and restaurants 200 m away), in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 9 km from Guérande and 10 km from the beaches.
Enclosed 250 m² garden with south/east-facing terraces and table tennis table.
Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, separate open-plan fitted kitchen (Nespresso machine), shower room and separate WC.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 with en suite bathroom (1: 90x200 bed, 2: 160x200 bed, 3: 160x200 bed).
Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, radio/CD, baby cot/high chair/changing mat.
