Tara is a renovated gîte with large south-facing windows opening onto a wooden terrace and an 800 m² garden planted with trees. Private parking for 2 cars. Garage for bicycle storage.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x200), bathroom/wc, separate toilet and garage/utility room.
First floor: 2 large attic bedrooms (each with 2 single beds 90x200).
Facilities included: wifi, baby bed/chair/stair rail + children's play equipment.
Not included: electric heating, electricity (over 10 kw/d, €0.30 per kw), bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package at €80.
Gourmets will be delighted to find the famous 2-star "Anne de Bretagne" restaurant just 5 minutes away, or "Le Restaurant Panoramique de la Prée" and "Le Petit Mousse" just 10 minutes away.
A 10-minute walk from the gîte, you can buy oysters and mussels in the Marais de La Plaine s/Mer shellfish area.
There are also plenty of activities nearby: sailing, sea kayaking, sailing, fishing on foot, sightseeing tours on foot or by bike, horse-riding, fishing boat hire.... Cycle hire available 10 minutes' walk from the gîte, horse riding centre 15 minutes' walk away.
The footpath starts in front of the gîte, with coastal paths 400 m away. A cycle path starts just a few metres from the gîte, which is great for holidaymakers bringing their bikes! Joalland beach on Boulevard de la Tara is 400 m away, and the Grande Plage de Préfailles is 2 km away. Pornic, its port and beaches, 8 km away.
